The Credit Card Statement charge on the statement will be: Noveltech.Com or some form of our name Novel Tech depending on your Credit Card method of printing their statements. We do not maintain any Credit Card information on any of our servers.

LowCostRxList.com Web Site is for the purpose of providing information about & access to low cost prescriptions by means of subscribing to our newsletter: "Living Well". Our newsletter provides helpful advice and tips on everything from home tips to wellness information to consumer information and more. Our Newsletter offers something for everyone, it will grab the attention of the entire family as stated on our home page.

In return for providing this Site, we ask that you review and agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). You acknowledge your agreement automatically when you use our Site. Be sure to review this Agreement before using this website for any purpose.

Refunds
By receiving or accessing the information or receiving our "Low Cost Rx List", you understand and agree that you have received the services for which you paid. Unless otherwise instructed by management, refunds will not be issued to those who have received our "Low Cost Rx List" or have accessed the members' area. All access to the members' area is electronically logged and will be used in case of a dispute.
You must log into members area to download our "Low Cost Rx List". The cost for receiving our "Low Cost Rx List" is incorporated within the annual cost of our "Living Well" newsletter. Annual cost for our newsletter can be recovered within your multiple savings month after month when paying for your prescriptions. I would prefer for you to pay me 50% of your annual savings which would be a Win Win situation for both of us, instead, we charge 69.00 for setup fee and 49.00 per year for our newsletter. Setup fee is non refundable. You would be foolish to cancel your subscription and lose out on the many ways to save hundreds and thousands of dollars for the rest of your life. We are serious about saving you money in all areas of your life.
Our motivation: $49.00 per year membership fee which barely covers the cost of creating our newsletter and mailing it.

Information we collect is for purpose of sending you our newsletter either thru electronic means: email or US Postal Service. If you provide us with a personal testimonial which we encourage, we may use it without exposing the author. We do not sell, rent or share our customers information...never. Our rule of doing business: We treat others as we would like to be treated.
All comments, remarks, suggestions, ideas or other information communicated from our customers and web site visitors will become the exclusive property of LowCostRxList.com. This eliminates lawsuits involving those people that may wish to sue us for using their testimonial or other thoughts, ideas they thought was first expressed thru their mouth or communications.
